Amely létrejött az Urbango weboldalt (továbbiakban: Weboldal) üzemeltető Urbango Kft. (1126 Budapest, Kiss János altábornagy utca 24/C., a továbbiakban: Szolgáltató), és a weboldalon megvásárolt Urbango nyomkereső városnéző kalandozás szolgáltatás (továbbiakban: Urbango) igénybevevője ( a továbbiakban: Felhasználó) között.
Az Urbango weboldal a www.urbango.hu webcímen érhető el.
(1) Visiting the website and observing the still reservable times is not tied to prior registration. Urbango may be used after successfully reserving an appointment.
The process of reserving:
Filling out an application sheet with valid information.
Transferring the participation fee following the instructions of the automated e-mail the user will receive.
The confirmation sent by the Provider of the participation fee having been successfully transferred to the Provider’s account including all the instructions for the User to start playing Urbango.
Should the transfer not occur within the appointed time, the Provider will cancel the reservation.
(2) During reservation, the following information is given:

Phone number (required)
It’s during the booking that the Terms and Conditions regarding the Website and Urbango, entailed within this document, are accepted.
(3) A Szolgáltató nem felel a foglalás során megadott adatok pontatlanságából eredő károkért.
(4) The information provided during reservation shall be used by the Provider to identify and bill the User.
(1) A regisztrált és már kifizetett foglalást a Felhasználó e-mailben küldött üzenetben mondhatja le.
(2) Amennyiben a Felhasználó a már kifizetett foglalást legalább 48 órával a lefoglalt időpont előtt lemondja, a Szolgáltató visszautalja a díj teljes összegét.
(3) A lefoglalt időpontot megelőző 48 órán belül történő lemondás esetén a Felhasználó a díj visszautalására nem tarthat igényt, azonban a Szolgáltató lehetőséget ad egy másik időpont lefoglalására.
(1) Payment is permitted via bank transfer and bank card payment. At the time of a successful transfer or payment the purchase will be booked, and the Provider will send an electronic receipt to the e-mail address provided during the reservation.
(1) Everyone participates in Urbango exclusively at their own risk.
(2) Any person under fourteen (14) years of age may only participate in Urbango with an adult chaperone present.
(3) You may not participate in Urbango while under the effects of alcohol and/or other mind-altering compounds.
(4) The duration of Urbango may change due to the pace and puzzle-solving skill of the User from 2 up to even 6-7 hours.
(5) The User must have direct access to a charged, functional, compatible mobile phone capable of both receiving and sending text (SMS) messages.
(6) Urbango may only be used by Users capable of completing a roughly 5 km long trail on foot.
(1) Should a User get stuck during an Urbango event they’re able to get aid in the mobile application installed on their compatible mobile phone.
(1) The Provider shall be suggesting third party (henceforth: “Partners”) services and deals to Users, especially regarding dining options.
(2) The Users recognize that the Provider is not taking any responsibility for these suggested services, they are offered by the Partners directly.
(1) The Provider is not liable for any personal, financial or nonfinancial damages possibly incurred as a result of a User participating in Urbango.
(2) The Provider is not liable for the possible unapproachability or unusability of the Urbango related locations and objects, in addition to lack of instructions or comprehension aids.
(3) A résztvevők tudomásul veszik és elfogadják, hogy kizárólag saját felelősségen vesznek és vehetnek részt az Urbangon, és semmiféle követelésük nem merülhet fel abból, ha bármilyen okból, ideértve a Szolgáltatónak felróható okból nem tudják az Urbangot a meghirdetetett módon igénybe venni.
(4) Furthermore, the Provider excludes itself for any and all responsibility regarding services rendered by third parties, including that of the Partners.
(1) Gift vouchers can be purchased on the website on the page created for voucher purchases.
(2) By purchasing a gift voucher, the user simultaneously agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
(3) Az ajándékutalvány kiállítása névre szólóan utalvány formájában történik. 2026.06.01 után vásárolt utalványok 2027 áprilisig válthatóak be. Minden ajándékutalvány egyedi azonosítóval ellátott, amely azonosító nélkül az utalvány nem érvényes és nem használható fel.
(4) In certain circumstances, the service provider has the right to set a fixed period of validity for the voucher issued.
(5) The service provider guarantees to provide an opportunity with a sufficient number of activities for every voucher to be used, however, maintains the right to change the current programmes offered.
(6) A change in the programmes offered or if the service provider suspends or terminates its activities for any reason does not entitle the user to a refund of the gift voucher.
(7) Szolgáltató garantálja, hogy utalványai az összes működő pályáján beválthatóak, azonban a Résztvevők tudomásul veszik, hogy kompakt pályán történő foglalás esetén a különbözetet nem visszatéríthető, az utalvány egyszeri kompakt játék lejátszása után beváltottnak minősül.
2026.06.01 után már csak kompakt pályára lehet ajándékutalványt vásárolni. Szolgáltató a kompakt pályák számát folyamatosan bővít.
A Holnap, a Túra, vagy azokkal kapcsolatosan bármilyen eszköz, dokumentum, így különösen a Túra dokumentumok (térképek stb.), ötlet és elgondolás az Urbango Kft (székhely: 1126 Budapest, Tóth Lőrinc u. 26.) szellemi tulajdona, azok másolása, átadása, nyilvánosságra hozatala, szolgáltatásnyújtáshoz való felhasználása vagy egyéb a fentiektől eltérő célra való felhasználása tilos, és az ilyen felhasználás ellen a Szolgáltató polgári és büntetőjogi eszközökkel fellép. És ugyanez vonatkozik egyéb, az Urbango Kft által gyártott egyéb termékekre is, mint Otthongo, Hivataligo, Nyaraló Adventgo és Nyuszigo.
